Do Eating Clean Really Work??

Hmmmmm well I am totally convinced that eating clean and exercising goes hand in hand and it works.. Eating clean while exercising has transformed my body.. Check out my results my health journey started in Aug 1, 2014 With Maria Jones.. I decided in sept to start training for a bikini contest.. Within in my training I lost 14lb in 4 weeks.. I came in first place in my class.. At the age of 33 I never would have thought I will have plan to be in a bikini contest... Thanks to all my supporters....
